That's why I like Desura, a lot of games on there are in development and I like checking out games that are early in development. Also, Desura gives developers easy control with their games.

You can always just add Cobalt to steam. Just click the add non-steam game thing and there you go, i don't really see the need for it to be on steam...

if you go to your steam library, and add a non-steam game, you can then open it from steam and then the steam overlay should work.
